REALTY UNIVERSAL® Transaction Coordinator
A transaction coordinator is responsible for maintaining the escrow closing process and completing all tasks assigned during the normal transaction process of the Broker and/or Agent.
Our Transaction Coordinator provides you with a timeline keeping track of all dates, ordering inspections, from contract to close. We are not representing either party but making sure that no dates are missed.
Communicates with all parties including escrow, lender, and agents.
Reviews all documents for proper signatures.
Establishes the transaction with the escrow company of choice and upload all documents into REALTY UNIVERSAL®, Inc‘s document management system.
Verifies and ensures that all documents have been received by necessary
deadlines.
Schedule inspections and distribute reports to both parties.
Order Home Owner Association documents.
Tracks status of appraisal with lender.
Verify loan conditions are being met and that funding is on track.
Schedules final walk through.
Verify that any inspection contingencies have been met.
Schedule closing date and time.
Weekly updates highlighting how the transaction is progressing and any items of concern needing to be addressed.
While the transaction coordinator handles all document and deadline related issues you may want to explore our 1% program for full Realtor representation from contract to closing; which includes preparing contracts, negotiating the deal, and full expertise of a real estate agent or Broker.
