Purchase one hour blocks of phone consulting with seasoned real estate professionals. Once purchased, our staff will contact you to schedule a phone consultation.
Consulting for an hourly fee can be purchased by the hour, or in blocks of time. The minimum fee is $125.00 per hour. Fees may vary depending on broker or agent, and the complexity of the issue. If additional fees and consulting are necessary, depending on your issue, you will receive an agreement for you to sign from the member in writing and know all costs involved prior to any additional consulting. (There will be no surprises)
Consultations are with licensed real estate agents or brokers in your area. Consulting over the phone for a fee gives you the ability to consult with a professional without having to pay for a traditional full service agent or broker. (That option is always available to you- our affiliate members agree to offer this in our package)
Transactions have many facets to them and there are times when you just need some advice to go to the next step. Issues arise regarding pricing, loans, home inspections, coordinating timelines – keeping the deal together may be a challenge with all of the personalities involved.
There are times you will just want to confirm that you are on the right track and a professional is able to do this. You may be too close to the situation and need an outside point of view.
