Many of us belong to the National Association of Realtors, although it is not a requirement to join REALTY UNIVERSAL®, Inc. REALTY UNIVERSAL®, Inc. is not a replacement for the NAR. It is a place for real estate professionals to grow, to learn, to think, to create and to become more successful. We are all in this together and need the support that comes from like minds. We believe that people should have choices. All real estate members of REALTY UNIVERSAL®, Inc. are well versed in Real Estate Menu Systems ® after training.

In order to be a REALTY UNIVERSAL® real estate member you must be able to offer real estate menu programs and systems, which give the client or customer the right to choose if they want full service, fee for service, flat fee, or somewhere in between. There are no surprises for either party – only true choices that benefit all. (The fees you charge may vary due to certain legal restrictions and variations in your area)
