Jim has over 35 years experience in commercial real estate. He’s been a successful agent, manager, and has been President of three different commercial real estate companies including the A.I.R. Commercial Real Estate Association, the predominant association for commercial real estate brokers in Southern California. Since 1998 Jim has focused full-time on coaching and training commercial real estate agents, and the more than 400 articles he’s written within our industry have been read by tens of thousands of commercial brokers.
